2026 SUBSCRIPTIONS
The Subscription for the 2026 season includes (as defined in the Rules of the FGC):
- full membership for the season 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026
- use of the Club House facilities
- full voting rights at General Meetings of the Club
- full rights to the Course
Note: this subscription is for 1 full year and Clause 26 of the Club Rules defines the exceptions. Any variances are at the discretion of the Board.

PAYMENT OF SUBSCRIPTIONS 2026
Subscriptions cover the year 1st January 2026 to 31st December 2026.
Payment may be made by one of the following methods:
- payment in full on or before 31/01/2026. Options - Internet Banking, EFTPOS or Cash.
- payment by regular Automatic Payment authority with full payment of subs to be completed by 30/09/2026.
If you are unable to make the payment in full then please get in touch with the office prior to the 31st January 2026 to make a payment arrangement.
Other charges such as Locker Hire, Motor Bike/Golf Cart Storage, etc are additional and will be noted on your invoice if applicable.
CONCESSIONAL ROUNDS
Payment of a 15 Round subscription entitles members to that number of 18 hole rounds without further charge.
MARRIED COUPLE CONCESSION
A concession of the total subscription and playing fee is allowed to married couples but only if both elect to pay the UNLIMITED and/or 9 HOLE CATEGORIES. This should be showing on the subscription invoice but if one person changes categories, then the full amount will be liable to the other.
SOCIAL MEMBERSHIP
This membership category entitles the Social Member to use all the facilities at the Clubhouse, but does not allow entitlement to a handicap, nor voting rights, nor to play golf (green fee rates apply to any round). Social membership is free of charge.
Non financial members are not eligible to play in the Club Events/Competitions unless arrangements are made with the office prior to teeing off. If any installment falls into arrears, then the membership becomes non-financial.
A $60.00 administration fee will then be charged.
MEMBERSHIP CARDS
Under the requirements of the Sale of Liquor Act, Club members are required to carry a current Membership Card in the Clubhouse at all times the bar is open. These are supplied on payment, or part payment of your subscription.
LOCKERS
Mens and womens lockers are available for hire. $23 per year (inclusive of GST).
MOTOR BIKE / CART STORAGE
Motor Bike/Trike Storage $175 per year (including GST) Spare Key $10.00
Golf Cart Storage $ 250 per year (including GST) Spare Key $10.00
Powered storage site $100.00 per year (including GST) charged in addition to storage fee.
PLEASE NOTE: for Internet Banking the BNZ Bank Account details are on the invoice.
